Magnet ABA Therapy in Ware, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement individualized behavior intervention programs, and help clients build social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will work closely with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for professional growth within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under a BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
