Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is hiring for positions to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement individualized programs, and support progress across social, communication, and daily living skills.

Training is provided; prior BT experience is preferred but not required. The role offers a path for professional development and advancement in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to support effective implementation of ABA programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication to document progress and plan next steps.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
