Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician 1 to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, community, and school settings.

You will collect data, assist with parent training, and support the Behavior Analyst with assessments. The role requires effective communication, data accuracy, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Follow prescribed behavioral protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Record data for prescribed protocols and summarize observations.
• Assist with parent training and communications with caregivers.
• Communicate client progress with supervisors and families.
• Maintain a safe, organized work and therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a treatment team including clients and families.
• Attend required training sessions and stay updated on clinical knowledge.
• Travel within the Greater Denver Area as needed.
