Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is seeking compassionate individuals to become Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using ABA.

No ABA experience is required as paid training and mentorship are provided. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing clinical support from BCBAs, and opportunities for career advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self‑help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
