Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Behavior Technician for our ABA team in Fall River, MA. You will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth, under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, to help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers toward skill development and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High School Degree with at least one year's experience working with children.
• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to support others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
• Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
• Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
• Participate in Care Planning Team meetings
• Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
• Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards
