Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children on the autism spectrum with high-quality, intensive ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with children preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision
• Deliver ABA interventions to increase skills and reduce problem behaviors
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure high-quality service
• Support training for parents and caregivers as directed
• Collect data and document client progress for treatment decisions
• Communicate with parents and supervisors to improve plans
• Provide services in center, home, school, or other locations as clinically indicated
• Travel between client locations as needed
