Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children aged 2–21, in center and home settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs and behavior plans under supervision, collect data, and contribute to comprehensive therapy across multiple environments.

Evening and weekend hours may be required. Travel to client sites is possible. Competitive starting pay is $22/hr with a robust benefits package and paid training in RBT, CPR and Safety Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy and working with children with autism is valued.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to clients under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy weekly.
• Collect data on client performance using an online platform.
• Assist with safety, documentation and session materials.
