Job summary

Heartland ABA in Wichita, KS seeks caring individuals for part-time, entry-point roles in ABA services. No prior ABA experience required; paid training is provided and a 6-month commitment is encouraged.

You will work in clients' homes or community locations, delivering one-on-one interventions, recording progress, and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to support meaningful learning and independence.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
