Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Successful candidates will record session data, collaborate with families, and support the clinical team in implementing care plans. A 6-month commitment and 40-hour RBT course are required, with afternoon/evening hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
