Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Join a supportive clinical team and contribute to independence and skill-building for children with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

• Willingness to learn and show compassion in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
