Job summary

ICBD is hiring in Fitchburg, MA for a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician role providing ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will support clients, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs under supervision.

Training and advancement paths are available, with strong benefits and paid RBT training. The position requires afternoon/evening/weekend availability, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
