Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Charlestown, MA, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in various settings, support clients’ communication and daily living skills, and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks. Training and advancement opportunities, including pathways to RBT, are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; collect and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
