Job summary

Jobtailor in Charlotte, NC is seeking an ABA therapy assistant to work with children in their home. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to support meaningful life and social skills.

This role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 20–30 hours per week. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication, manual dexterity, and the stamina for physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Must be physically present at the job location 20–30 hours per week.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including standing and sitting for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
