Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks caring professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations, offering flexible, part-time evening/weekend hours. Training is provided, and no experience is required to start.

You'll join a supportive clinical team, delivering evidence-based interventions while recording data and communicating with families to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
