Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. This entry-level role offers part-time hours, paid training, and flexible scheduling to fit student life. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a 40-hour RBT course are expected.

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
