Job summary

BK Behavior in Olathe, KS is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions to foster independence and positive behavior.

No experience is required — paid training is provided. Schedule: Tue/Thu/Fri 4:30pm-7:30pm and Sat 10:00am-2:00pm, offering part-time roles with opportunities to grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Reliable transportation and dependable schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
