Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time ABA paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and support families in the ABA process.

No ABA experience is required—paid training is provided, with opportunities to gain real-world experience in psychology and behavior support for children with Autism. Evening hours and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
