Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes or community settings. No prior ABA experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training to support your success.

You will work with families, BCBA Supervisors, and the clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and foster a positive educational environment. This is an entry-point role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment outcomes.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Support skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
