Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision, with hands-on training and mentorship.

The role involves collecting session data, collaborating with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and supporting families with progress updates. Part-time shifts are afternoons/evenings with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
