Responsibilities

• Implement instructional strategies aligned with ABA principles under supervision of the Autism Coordinating Teacher
• Provide supervision of students at all times
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions
• Collect and record data on student behavior, progress toward goals, and intervention effectiveness
• Use evidence-based strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and task analysis
• Assist with development and preparation of instructional and behavior support materials
• Promote independence by fading supports appropriately over time
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations
