Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring an entry-level Behavior Specialist in Dublin, CA. You will use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids develop communication, social, and life skills in home, center, or community settings.

You’ll follow individualized plans from clinical leaders, with paid training and a clear growth pathway. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to advance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays) required.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated) required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations required.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation required.
