Job summary

Delta Community Supports seeks a Behavior Specialist to create and implement individualized behavior support plans, improve quality of life, and work with families and teams to apply evidence‑based strategies. You will conduct FBAs, develop BSPs and fading plans, and provide direct training to staff and clients.

You will monitor outcomes, review data, and adjust programming to ensure safety and effectiveness, while maintaining documentation and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the listed fields is required.
• ABA experience is preferred.
• Experience with medically/behaviorally acute individuals and dual diagnosis populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and prepare reports per state and ODP requirements.
• Develop BSPs and Crisis Intervention Plans using evidence‑based interventions.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers, and team to implement strategies.
