Heartland ABA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) in Lewis, IA to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
