Job summary

Heartland ABA in Lewis, IA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building and care plans, and help clients achieve meaningful independence.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, on-site at clients' homes or community settings. Training is provided, and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
