Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) in Lewis, IA. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children, helping them achieve independence and positive behaviors in home and community settings.

The position is part-time with opportunities for professional advancement and is supported by a strong clinical team. You’ll record data on sessions and collaborate closely with families and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
