Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavior Clinician to join our Peoria, IL team. The role involves assessments, planning, and coordination of home, school, and community visits to support individuals with ASD, IDD, or mental illness.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a human-services field and 1,500 hours of ABA experience verifiable by a BCBA or licensed psychologist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human-services-related field.
• 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience verifiable by BCBA or licensed psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicates progress between supervisors, care staff, families, guardians, and collateral individuals.
• Provides a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinates home, work, and community visits for observations, chart reviews, and data analysis.
• Ensures the Behavior Intervention Plan is implemented effectively.
• Completes monthly/quarterly progress notes and trains staff on BSP and documentation.
