Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Nevada seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in 1:1 sessions. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and progression to BCBA-related paths.

Roles include flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits for 30+ hours per week, plus travel reimbursement where applicable. Training and supervision are provided to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
