Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand. You may enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT and explore SA roles for BCBA pathways.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children using ABA under supervision, with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities to advance through a structured growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; further education a plus.
• Ability to engage children in ABA-based sessions with supervision.
• Will travel locally if required and maintain reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
