Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Buchanan, Georgia. These part-time positions come with the potential for full-time as caseloads grow. Candidates will work directly with children with autism, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and may advance to registered behavior technician roles with complimentary training.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
