Behavioral Innovations in Friendswood, TX is offering an ABA Apprentice program designed to bridge grad school and the BCBA role. You’ll learn from veteran BCBAs, apply skills in real clinical sessions, and follow a personalized study plan with our Learning & Development team guiding you toward the exam and your first BCBA position.

You’ll receive hands‑on supervision, paid fieldwork hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and pathways into leadership or clinical roles as you complete the

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan

The Essentials

Compensation:

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour
