Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Branford and Guilford. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour plus extras, with opportunities to earn through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; bilingual preferred.
• Availability in Branford and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work day shift, weekdays and weekends preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Caregiving and Live In cases offered.

Responsabilités

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
