Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled software professional to join its Financial Services unit in the United States. The role focuses on building AI-driven, scalable data solutions using PySpark, Ab Initio, SSIS, and GCP, with emphasis on incident triage, RCA, and predictive monitoring.

You will collaborate across teams to drive end-to-end SDLC, design decisions, and production support, including migration journeys and large-scale implementations. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field; three years of progressive experience may be considered.
• US work authorization is required; relocation/travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate application design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing, and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided.

• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects.

Required Skill And Experience

• Hands‑on experience in PySpark, Ab Initio, SSIS, Teradata, SQL, GCP.
• Design AI solutions for incident triage, RCA, and predictive monitoring.
• Automate repetitive tech‑to‑tech issues (job restarts, config fixes) and password reset workflows.
• Build AI‑driven self‑healing pipelines and automated runbooks.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience leading large‑scale migration from on‑premises.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered. 
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to a work/project location.
