PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Adaptive Behavior (AB) Teacher is responsible for the behavior and academic instruction of eligible students with disabilities as assigned by the Admission, Review and Dismissal Committee.
Reporting directly to the campus principal, the Adaptive Behavior Teacher performs the following duties:
Implements instructional and behavioral program.
Serves as a member of the Admission, Review and Dismissal/Individual Educational Plan Committee.
Serves as a member of the campus Behavior Team.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Maintain emotional control under stress. Moderate standing, stooping, bending, and lifting.
