MLT Systems is seeking a Vehicle Operator Instructor at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role supports the New Equipment Training efforts for the AAV/ACV systems and requires developing curriculum for vehicle operations and maintenance while ensuring readiness to train.

Preferred candidates have six years of relevant experience, familiarity with AAV/ACV operations, and proof of IDC or equivalent, plus strong English proficiency; travel up to 50% may be required. The position is contingent on contract award.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred; six years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AAV/ACV operations is required.
• Must provide proof of completion of Marine Corps Instructor Development Course (IDC) or equivalent and be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and implement curriculum for vehicle operations and operator-level maintenance of the AAV/ACV system.
• Maintain proficiency and confirm readiness to train ten days prior to instruction.
• Collect student feedback to assess NET effectiveness.
