AGC Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to build custom homes from foundation to finish. This role offers year-round employment in Northern Wisconsin with four 10-hour days weekly, providing long weekends and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include framing, siding, roofing, trim, and finish carpentry while reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Residential carpentry or construction experience required.
• Experience with custom home construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
