Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management and leadership experience in construction.
• Proven expertise in residential carpentry, custom framing, interior finishes, and building methods.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing site safety and budgets.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Supervise, mentor, and hold job site crews accountable to high safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve field issues quickly.
