As a Retail Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the store's leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and overseeing team performance. Your role will involve driving sales, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring that the store complies with company policies and procedures. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and customers, providing guidance and support to maintain an efficient and positive retail environment.

What You'll Do
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, patience, respect, humility, and commitment among staff and guests.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing displays.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through effective team motivation and customer engagement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and online requests.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines to ensure an attractive shopping experience.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper product handling.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance employee morale, guest satisfaction, sales culture, and operational efficiencies.
  • Handle cash management duties, including POS operation, cash handling, and sales reporting.
  • Participate in safety meetings representing the merchandise department.
  • Collaborate with scheduling to plan shifts, manage time-off, and oversee attendance.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, pursue training, and mentor others.
What You'll Bring
  • High School diploma and at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with respectful interaction with guests and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
