Job summary

The company seeks an Ansible Automation Platform & AIOps Developer to design, build, and operate intelligent automation and observability solutions across hybrid environments. You will own AAP governance and expand adoption while applying AI/ML insights to prevent incidents.

You will develop content, governance, and enablement across teams, with focus on reliability and secure provisioning in financial contexts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform and AIOps automation.
• Experience with Python and LangGraph scripting.
• Knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for automation delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ansible content for provisioning, config, and remediation.
• Design EDA rulebooks and govern automation quality.
• Build AIOps capabilities for predictive alerting and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Platform, and Cloud teams.
