Job summary

Smartbox US is seeking an AAC Consultant to work with pediatric through adult clients with complex communication needs, introducing our AAC technology and answering questions. You will respond to inquiries and meet with Speech-Language Pathologists and clients across schools, hospitals, clinics, and homes to feature-match ideal AAC setups.

You will present information on AAC at universities and community events, and represent the company at state trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• A degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current ASHA Certification is preferred.
• Previous experience with AAC technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries about AAC solutions.
• Meet with Speech-Language Pathologists and clients in schools, hospitals, clinics and homes to feature-match AAC setups.
• Present information on AAC to universities, educational programs and community groups.
• Represent Smartbox US at state trade shows and conferences.
• Travel within Oregon for day trips and occasional trips to National Conferences; training provided.
