• Direct and coordinate all production activities within the Station to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.
• Lead the Station team, managing manpower, performance and development, and act as deputy for the Business Unit Leader when needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and jigs, and oversee inventory of station equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement, coordinate with Quality, Procurement and other functions to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules and company safety standards on a day-to-day basis.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with other production lines and with European teams.
