Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking an A&P mechanic for a contract-based role in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various aircraft components and systems, ensuring compliance with FAA and client standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and alterations of aircraft.
• Inspects aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, brakes and systems.
• Maintains records related to maintenance and signs mechanical flight releases.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Removes, inspects, and replaces defective parts and tests systems.
• Tows and parks aircraft.
