Qualifications

  • Experience with at least two commercial aircraft types (A319/A320/A321 or B737/B767/B777/E190) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to legally operate a motorized vehicle.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

  • Perform all assigned maintenance duties related to routine inspections, troubleshooting, airframe structures, engines, aircraft systems etc.
  • Perform all airframe, power plant repairs and modifications required to meet Company, Client, and FAA requirements.
  • Read and understand blueprints and aircraft wiring diagrams with proper interpretation and incorporation.
  • Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft system.
  • Ensure all documentation is kept current with open discrepancies and completed corrective actions with accuracy.
  • Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment while maintaining a clean and operative working environment at all times.
  • Accurately and timely record and submit work orders.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Tows and parks aircraft.
  • Perform other aircraft maintenance work as may be required.

Aircraft Maintenance Technicians are responsible for preventative maintenance and alterations of (CLIENT’S) aircraft with the ability to adhere to specifications and Safety Standards. The Aircraft Technician will inspect aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, accessories, brakes, valves, pumps, and air‑conditioning systems. Technicians will maintain records related to maintenance performed on the aircraft along with the signing of mechanical flight releases. Mechanics may also repair sheet metal or composite surfaces and will rely on the pilots’ description of a problem to discover and restore faulty equipment. As a certified AMT, you have a valuable role to ensure the safety of our fellow (CLIENT) Team members and Guests as well as the airworthiness of fleet assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and Understanding of the English Language
  • 1 year of previous line maintenance experience preferred, not required
  • Experience and/or training on at least two commercial aircraft types, (A319, A320, A321, and or B737, B767, B777 & E190 aircraft preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to legally operate a motorized vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess the ability to:
    1. Stand
    2. Lie down
    3. Kneel
    4. Climb stairs, scaffolds or ladders
    5. Frequently lift, pull, and hold objects weighing more than 70 pounds
    6. Noise and vibration are common when engines are on, so ear protection is necessary.

Working conditions: A&P Mechanics commonly work in all elements, capability to handle weather extremes is desired. Mechanics often work under time pressure to maintain flight schedules to keep from inconveniencing customers. At the same time, mechanics have a tremendous responsibility to maintain safety standards.
