Aramark’s Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training across various environments and business areas. As a year-long development and training program designed for recent college graduates, A2L provides resources to ignite full potential and launch an accelerated career at Aramark.

Selected candidates will have leadership opportunities within Aramark while participating in structured activities and developmental exercises tailored to their career tracks. Aramark provides a platform for growth, advancement, and impact across diverse industries and locations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
  2. Reward and recognize employees.
  3. Ensure individual and team performance meet objectives and client expectations.
  4. Plan and lead daily team briefings.
  5. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
  6. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
  7. Maintain P&L statements.
  8. Deliver financial targets.
  9. Understand and educate teams on performance metrics, data, and trends to improve margins.
  10. Bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
  11. Follow Operational Excellence fundamentals, including food and labor initiatives.
  12. Ensure team training and implementation of standards.
  13. Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control.
  14. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all.
  15. Adhere to policies, rules, and regulations.
  16. Lead the front of house in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
  17. Coordinate food service activities to deliver quality products to customers.
Qualifications

A2L Program Qualifications:

  • Graduates between December and August of the current school year are eligible.
  • The program starts in July; all degree requirements must be completed before this date.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Experience:

  • Degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales.
  • Relevant coursework or work experience.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
