Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Sales & System Designers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of A/V sales experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A passion for high-performance audio and high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Build audio, video, and home theater solutions that engage customers and drive profitability
• Drive repeat business by providing excellent service and thorough product knowledge to customers through relationship building and solutions sales.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their order, reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns and follow up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
