Job summary

Holman Enterprises is hiring for an automotive technician role at Aberdeen Honda. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level, with responsibilities including routine maintenance, tire mounting/balancing, suspension work, and brake service.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years in lube maintenance (preferred), a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of lube maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance for all makes/models (fluid flushes).
• Mount and balance tires of various types.
• Complete suspension repairs and/or alignments.
• Replace brake pads/shoes and machine rotors.

Busy Aberdeen Honda has an outstanding opportunity for a c technician to join the Holman family. New eligible technician employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level.

What will you do?

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 + years of lube maintenance desired but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean MVR, and willingness to undergo background requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20-30 USD hourly.
