Job summary

Moog Inc. in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician III for the 1st shift. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to perform harnessing, crimping, soldering, and various tests in NASA/J-STD compliant environments.

You will read mechanical drawings, use precision test equipment, and work in a lab/shop setting. Safety PPE is required and some lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; ability to follow English work instructions.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and controlled documentation.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in assembly and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform harnessing, crimping, and soldering per NASA/J-STD standards.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak checks, electrical testing, and flushing/cleanliness checks.
• Use portable instruments to troubleshoot and repair; read measurements with gages/flow meters.
• Operate test equipment and calibrate as required; handle mechanical/electro-mechanical parts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and comply with PPE and safety procedures.
