Moog is seeking an A&T Technician II for the East Aurora, NY area on a 2nd shift schedule. You will perform assembly and diagnostic work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems, using a range of tools and instruments. Prior related experience and the FAA program participation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow English instructions precisely.
• At least 3 years of related technical experience.
• Safety regulations compliance including FAA Drug & Alcohol Program participation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems.
• Perform high-reliability soldering and crimping of wires on sub-assemblies.
• Work from drawings, worksheets, and parts lists to diagnose and rework units.
• Conduct testing per defined procedures and assist in repairs.
• Operate hydraulic stands and use measuring instruments as required.

You will report to the Performance Leader and will have an onsite, 2nd shift work schedule in East Aurora, New York.To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:* High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.* At least 3 years related experience in a related technical field.* In accordance with strict Federal Aviation Agency (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company’s \"F.A.A.
