Qualifications

  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, ADs, and maintenance manuals.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering orders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Must supply own tools; reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems on various aircraft.
  • Complete maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and maintenance records accurately and thoroughly.
  • Conduct airframe and powerplant repairs, component replacements, and system overhauls.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable FAA FARs, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with inspection and quality assurance teams to maintain airworthiness standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on the hangar floor.
