Job summary

EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC in Orlando, FL, is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our growing team. You will perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs on-site, contributing to safe operations and timely aircraft turnarounds.

You will assist in troubleshooting mechanical, structural, and systems-related issues, maintain accurate records in compliance with FAA regulations, and collaborate with a hands-on maintenance crew to uphold

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
  • FAA regulations familiarity or airworthiness standards knowledge.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and aviation equipment safely.

About the Role:

EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands‑on with aircraft in a dynamic, fast‑paced aviation environment where your expertise truly makes an impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, structural, and systems-related aircraft issues
  • Support A&P-certified technicians with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
  • Conduct aircraft servicing including fluid checks, tire changes, and component replacements
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with FAA regulations
  • Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and airworthiness directives
  • Collaborate with maintenance crew to ensure timely aircraft turnaround and return to service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on aircraft maintenance or aviation technician experience is a must
  • A&P license not required, but relevant technical training or vocational certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and airworthiness standards
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and aviation-specific equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
