Embraer is seeking a skilled aircraft technician for the Delivery Center - 2nd Shift in Melbourne, FL. The role focuses on examining, repairing, assembling, and testing aircraft accessories per shop orders and FAA/OEM specifications.

Qualifications include A&P license, high school diploma or GED, and 2–5 years’ experience with small aircraft. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine inspections or maintenance to prevent failures of aircraft mechanical systems and components.
• Determines repair scheme and parts needed; acquires parts from Stores or supplies.
• Repairs, reworks, and modifies worn or defective assemblies as needed.
• Follows FAA-approved procedures and OEM data during repairs.
• Consults Maintenance Lead for technical assistance as needed.
• Inspects completed work and performs rework to meet standards and tolerances.
• Performs serviceability tests on repaired components/systems using OEM-specified test equipment.
• Completes work package documentation and signs off on finished work.
• Submits work for review and final inspection by QA for airworthiness.
• Provides supervisor with performance statistics and data.
